What is Cranio-Sacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on way of helping the body ease tension and return to balance.
Through light touch and deep stillness, it helps the nervous system to settle - allowing body and mind to find ease and integration.
Rooted in osteopathic principles, cranio-sacral therapy supports harmony at every level.
“It was a truly transformative experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for holistic healing and balance.”

The Experience
Cranio-sacral therapy is a return - to breath, to balance, to the quiet intelligence within that already knows how to heal.
Through gentle, attuned touch, the body begins to unwind and remember it doesn’t have to hold everything on its own.
Meet Antonia
As a mother of two, I bring a deep appreciation for how the body adapts through life’s transformations - from birth and recovery to growth, change, and renewal.
My own journey through physical pain and healing showed me how profoundly the nervous system shapes our wellbeing.
Cranio-sacral therapy helped me to restore my own balance and vitality, and inspired me to devote my life to helping others do the same.

FAQs
What is craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a hands on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Using light touch, it works with the nervous system and fluid rhythms around the brain and spine to ease tension and restore balance. This helps the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation, stress relief and resilience to emerge.
Who is Antonia Peck?
I’m a registered integrated craniosacral therapist (RCST) who trained at The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, London. This means that I am fully qualified, working under the CSTA’s Code of Ethics and undertake regular supervision and continuing professional development to maintain high standards of practice. My work is relational, trauma-sensitive and evidence-informed - offered with steadiness, discretion, and care. Former Editor and media strategist, I worked across wellness, health retreats and human potential research.
What does the treatment involve?
You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table. I use light, sustained touch at various points such as the head, sacrum, spine, feet, or diaphragm. There’s no manipulation or force - only presence, safety, and deep respect for your body’s timing.
What might I feel during a treatment?
Each session is unique. Some people feel warmth, softening or emotional release. Others feel a deep sense of rest. Afterwards, you may feel lighter, clearer, or more grounded. Sometimes tiredness or emotion may surface - this is part of the body’s integration and healing process.
Who is craniosacral therapy for?
Craniosacral therapy is suitable for people of all ages. It’s gentle and non-invasive, and supports resilience and recovery across many life stages and conditions. It can be a stand alone therapy or complement physiotherapy, osteopathy, counselling and medical care.
Do you treat babies and children?
Craniosacral therapy is very helpful for babies and children. It supports sleep, digestion, settling after birth and developmental stages. Older children and teens often benefit from help with stress, learning difficulties or emotional wellbeing - all approached gently and respectfully.
How many sessions do I need?
Every session is an opportunity to deepen - to let your system soften, release, and find a new balance. Some people feel a shift straight away, while for others it takes time to unwind more fully. As a guide, I usually recommend three sessions to begin with, so that you can experience the cumulative effect. From there, we can review together. Many people choose to continue with regular sessions, finding that ongoing support helps them maintain ease and resilience.
How much is it and how to book?
My standard fee is £80.00 for a 50 minute treatment at my home clinic.
The first appointment is charged at £120 and is 90 minutes long (this includes a thorough taking of your case history and your 50 minute treatment).
Concession rates are available on request. Contact me to book an appointment or book online here.
Please note, I have a 24hr cancellation policy.
Craniosacral therapy is a complementary therapy and not a replacement for medical care. It is meant to support the body’s innate healing alongside any treatment from your healthcare provider.
