Areas of Support
Cranio-sacral therapy can help if you’re seeking relief from stress, pain or patterns held deep within the body.
You may find it especially supportive for:
Stress and Anxiety - when the nervous system feels overloaded and needs gentle space to rest and reset.
Chronic Fatigue and Burnout - helping the body recover from long-term depletion by restoring balance in the nervous system and reawakening natural vitality.
Chronic Pain - supporting relief from migraines, TMJ discomfort, musculoskeletal tension and postural strain.
Complex Trauma and Family Patterns - releasing deeply held imprints of the past and supporting the body to find a renewed sense of safety.
Sensory Overwhelm and Neurodiversity - by supporting the cranial system when symptoms such as brain fog, sensitivity or difficulty concentrating feel unmanageable.
Post-Partum Mothers and Babies - holistic support for recovery after birth and for babies with feeding or settling difficulties.
Each session is guided by what your body needs most - creating space for deep rest, reconnection and natural restoration.
“She listened to my body with such presence and sensitivity, responding to its needs in a way that felt profoundly healing.”

My Approach
Integrated Cranio-Sacral Therapy - treating the whole person
The Body Holds The Wisdom
I honour the body as storyteller, working with the nervous system, fascia and fluid body through Polyvagal principles. Trauma unwinds when witnessed in its own time.
Working with the Nervous System
Cranio-sacral therapy helps shift you out of survival mode into parasympathetic rest by enhancing cerebrospinal fluid flow and supporting the glymphatic system - your brain’s natural cleansing mechanism. Through gentle touch at the sacrum, cranium, diaphragm and spine, your nervous system recalibrates towards coherence and safety.
Reconnection is the Goal
Whether reconnection is to sensation, to self, safety or spirit, the aim is to restore felt presence in the body.
Toward a New Integrative Paradigm
A growing body of research invites us to reconsider the nervous system not as a fixed mechanical structure, but as a dynamic, fluid-mediated process.
When cerebrospinal fluid is understood as responsive and regulatory rather than passive, the focus of healing shifts. Clinical changes observed in craniosacral work may arise less from skeletal adjustment and more from improved neurofluid dynamics - supporting waste clearance, neurohormonal coherence, and adaptive cranial compliance.
In this view, cerebrospinal fluid becomes a central integrative medium: one that links development, metabolism, immune function, and nervous-system regulation across the lifespan.
This perspective moves beyond reductionist models toward a physiology that is living, relational, and self-organising.
It is from this understanding that I shape how I touch, listen, and respond to the body’s own pace and intelligence in practice.
“Sessions alleviated an ongoing hip problem and lifted some heavy emotions too.”

How I Can Help
Integrated cranio-sacral therapy is a gentle yet profound way of supporting physical, emotional, and energetic healing.
More than a technique, this work is a way of listening. I treat the body as a sacred text - something to be read with reverence, not rushed to fix. In stillness, what emerges is the unwinding of old stories, the return of breath, the quiet reorganisation of the nervous system.
Whether you come after a long medical journey or simply feel called to something subtler, my intention is always the same: to hold a calm, clear field where your system can settle, reorganise and find its own rhythm again.
“Antonia is a powerful practitioner and I feel really resourced by her.”

What to Expect
You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably while I make gentle contact at places like the feet, sacrum, diaphragm, face or cranium. Many people feel warmth, waves, softening or simply deep rest.
Afterwards you may feel clearer, calmer or pleasantly tired as your body integrates the session.
“I feel a marked improvement in my neck and shoulder issues.”

The Experience
Cranio-sacral therapy is a return - to stillness, to breath, to balance.
To the part of you that already knows how to heal.
Each time you lie down on the table, your body receives the message:
It’s safe to soften. It’s safe to let go.
With gentle, attuned touch, your nervous system begins to unwind. And the more often you return to this space, the more your system remembers that it doesn’t have to hold everything alone.
Sometimes there are images, sensations and memories.
The body leads - I follow.
Cranio-sacral therapy is a reminder. That your body deserves care without condition. That healing is a process that unfolds over time, with gentleness and trust.
This is how you come home to yourself.
Cranio-sacral therapy gently restores calm, connection and inner safety.
