Cranio-Sacral Therapy for Children
Children are exquisitely sensitive.
They feel everything - even what isn’t said.
Sometimes their systems need support to feel safe again, to settle after illness, stress, birth trauma, or big life changes.
Cranio-sacral Therapy is gentle, non-invasive and deeply calming for children and babies.
Sessions are led by the child’s cues - they can play, sit on a parent’s lap, breastfeed or rest quietly.
Parents bring their children to me for:
Sleep difficulties and night waking
anxiety, tummy aches or emotional overwhelm
sensory sensitivity or developmental tension
recovery from birth, accidents or medical procedures
Strengthening immune and nervous system resilience.
As a mother of two, I hold this space with warmth, intuition, and deep trust in each child’s inner wisdom.
I also work with adults, who are beginning to meet their own inner child - perhaps for the first time. The part of you that didn’t feel safe, seen, or soothed back then can still be gently welcomed now.
“She listened to my body with such presence and sensitivity, responding to its needs in a way that felt profoundly healing.”
